“ I gave Winston's 5 stars a while ago, after stumbling upon it as a quick meal option to eat on the floor of an empty apartment mid-move with my then-boyfriend. That was a couple of years ago now, and we've been filling up our Winston's punch card for all our big life moments since then -- we shared our vows privately over waffles (and got a tenth punch!) on our wedding day this year :) My favorite is the Empire (I love a fried egg), and he's all about the Southampton. The coffee is amazing, too, and no matter how busy they are, the staff is always so friendly! They do have a picnic table, but if that's taken, there's a lovely little park right next door with plenty more. This is our go-to recommendation for out-of-towners (and any locals who haven't yet experienced Columbus's best waffles). ”

Skeptical of the chicken and waffles combo, my world was turned upside down when I had to accept the hidden glory of Fried Chicken, Waffles, and Bacon. However, today, I ventured from the safe, warm embrace of the Chicken and Waffles--a 9 out of 10 in my book--to try the "Baron Bacon Sandwich." At first glance, the sandwich looked incredible, adorned with chopped bacon, red onion, lettuce, and a perfectly cooked egg. The first bite and the crunch of the waffle were exquisite. Just when you think the sandwich has peaked, a moment passes, and the sweetness of the waffle shines through like the sun piercing the clouds. Bravo Winston's Coffee & Waffles. Bravo. ”

“ Wow what a great place! Their savory waffles are really good, and the full / large portion is sizeable. I had the Southampton and the Empire and both were delicious. I tried their sweet waffle after eating the savory one, but it didn't taste very sweet to me. I think my taste buds were altered from eating the savory one first. My wife thought it was still sweet and tasted good. They've got some unique savory waffle combos that raise my eyebrows a little, but maybe I'll try them in the future. ”

“ Update to original review—- the owner reached out to me and offered me another drink. I appreciate that very much. This shows integrity. I WILL be back for the hot latte as it is one of the best I have had. Thank you for your response. I ordered a cold brew and it tasted super weak. The worker offered to pour some out and put more coffee in it and it still tasted weak, I asked for just a regular cup of hot coffee and got nothing, just a stare. I try to support local businesses when I can but when I am dropping 5 bucks on a cup of coffee that tastes like it is 89 percent water I expect a business to offer me something else. I am sorry I skipped Starbucks today ”

“ I'm not even out of the parking lot writing this review. This food is SO GOOD! The Northampton is absolutely delicious. I also got a white mocha with caramel and toasted marshmallow, and it also is great! The workers are so nice, and we got our stuff really quick! I'm not from the area, but if I were I'd come here very often! Highly, highly recommend if you come to the area! ”

I also got the chai latte with almond milk. All of their savory waffles are actually stuffed with the meat instead of it being on the side- Genius! It's delicious, just go! You won't regret it! ”
